These terms govern your use of sharemarkettraining.in and any course or training service you purchase from Share Market Training. By using the site or enrolling in a programme, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or enrol.
The service we provide
We provide stock market education: live online classes, course notes, exercises, recordings and related learning material. We are not an investment adviser, research analyst, portfolio manager, broker or signal provider. We do not execute trades for you, manage money, or recommend specific securities.
Course content is educational. Any example, chart, company or structure discussed in a session is used to teach a concept and is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to enrol. By enrolling you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are responsible for your own trading and investment decisions.
Enrolment, fees and payment
- Fees are quoted on enquiry and confirmed in writing before payment. The amount payable is the amount stated in that confirmation.
- Course fees cover the programme described in the confirmation. They do not cover brokerage, exchange charges, taxes on trades, data subscriptions or trading capital.
- Payment must be made through the method specified by us. Do not pay into an account given by an unverified third party.
- Refund, transfer and deferral terms are confirmed in writing before payment. Read them before you pay. We do not advertise a refund policy that has not been confirmed for your enrolment.
- If you miss sessions, recordings and doubt-clearing are available as described for the programme. Repeated absence may require joining a later batch, subject to availability.
Course changes
We may adjust session dates, trainers or the order of modules when necessary, and will give reasonable notice. If a programme is cancelled by us and cannot be rescheduled, the remedy is limited to a refund of the fee paid for the unattended portion, unless the written confirmation says otherwise.
Intellectual property
Course notes, recordings, exercises, charts and website content are owned by us or licensed to us. You may use them for your own personal learning. You may not record, reproduce, publish, resell, share or distribute them, or use them to run your own training, without written permission. Access to a course is personal to the enrolled learner.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the site for unlawful purposes or in a way that interferes with its operation.
- Do not attempt to access another learner’s account or data.
- Do not submit false enquiries, spam or abusive content.
- Do not present our course completion record as a regulatory licence or a SEBI registration.
- Do not record or redistribute live sessions without permission.
No guarantee of results
Trading and investing involve risk, including the loss of capital. We do not guarantee profit, income, placement, a particular return or that you will become a successful trader. Any statement about what a course covers is a description of the curriculum, not a promise of an outcome. See the risk disclosure.
Third-party links and services
The site may link to brokers, exchanges, regulators, data providers or other websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. A link is not an endorsement or a recommendation to use a particular product.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or course material, including trading losses, loss of profit or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You are responsible for your own decisions. Before trading, consider your financial situation, your experience and your ability to bear loss. If necessary, seek advice from a SEBI-registered investment adviser who can assess your personal circumstances.
Privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its date. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
