Share Market Training is an online stock market education initiative for learners in India. We teach the mechanics of the market, the two main approaches to analysis, and the risk discipline that connects an idea to a position. We do not sell tips, manage money or promise a return.
The project began from a simple observation: most beginner losses are not caused by a lack of strategy. They are caused by not understanding the instrument, the costs, the position size or the reason for the trade. A learner who understands those four things is harder to mislead, even if they never become a full-time trader.
What we teach
- How the Indian market is structured: exchanges, clearing, settlement, depositories and the role of SEBI.
- How to open and use a demat and trading account, place orders correctly and read a contract note.
- How to read price charts: structure, support and resistance, patterns, volume and indicators.
- How to read a business: financial statements, ratios, cash flow and valuation with a margin of safety.
- How derivatives work: futures, options, margin, expiry and the risks that leverage creates.
- How to size a position, set a stop, keep a journal and review the result honestly.
How the teaching is delivered
Every batch is live online. Sessions are taught on a shared screen using current Indian market examples, with time for questions. Recordings are provided for revision, and exercises are set between sessions. There is no physical classroom, branch or local trainer, and we do not claim one on any city page.
Hindi-medium and English-medium batches cover the same syllabus. In the Hindi batch, concepts are explained in Hindi and the platform terminology is kept in English because that is what appears on the broker screen. The English batch adds more work on annual reports, SEBI circulars and research notes.
Editorial standards
Our written guides are produced by the Share Market Training editorial team and reviewed by the curriculum team before publication. We use primary sources where possible: SEBI circulars, NSE and BSE documentation, annual reports and exchange notices. When we cite a study or a rule, we name the source rather than presenting it as our own opinion.
We correct errors when they are found. If you spot something inaccurate, write to info@sharemarkettraining.in with the page and the correction. We do not delete a mistake quietly; the page is updated and the change is noted where it matters.
What we do not do
- We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, stock recommendations or a paid tips service.
- We do not claim to be a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. We are an education provider.
- We do not guarantee profit, fixed income, placement or a particular trading outcome.
- We do not publish invented student numbers, testimonials, success stories, trainer biographies or branch addresses.
- We do not sell or rent the contact details submitted through our enquiry form.
Who it is for
The courses are for adults who want to understand the market for themselves. That includes complete beginners, working professionals, business owners, students and existing traders. It is not for anyone looking for a shortcut, a signal to follow, or a guarantee that removes the possibility of loss.
If you are unsure whether a course is the right next step, ask us. A short conversation about your experience, your available time and your objective is more useful than a sales page. Contact us on WhatsApp for the latest course fees, available batches and complete course details.
